This year, the University of Oslo is hosting ICDS from 26th to 30th of July.

The conference promotes a fundamental understanding of point and extended defects in semiconductors, including electrical, vibrational, optical, and magnetic phenomena. Held in Oslo, ICDS-31 will facilitate stimulating discussions on defects in materials for micro- and optoelectronics, quantum computing, photovoltaics, and other applications. Particular interest to the center are the contributions related to defects in silicon and thin film solar cell materials. As an example, Tim Niewelt has an invited talk on LID and LeTID.

Although the abstract deadline has passed, if you do wish to participate with a scientific contribution, please contact the organisers. More information may be found here https://www.icds31.uio.no/
