On Monday May 19th 2025, the Norwegian PV community was gathered in sunny Son for the Final Conference of FME SUSOLTECH.

At the final conference, experts from the centre partners were joined by speakers from the Department of Energy and the Research Council of Norway and presented the main results from the centre work from 2017 until today. FME SUSOLTECH has been a very productive centre indeed! The centre work has resulted in close to 1000 publications and presentations, including 130 articles in international scientific journals, 15 PhD candidates and more than 90 MSc students educated and trained! Importantly, the centre has played a very important role in the generation of a substantial volume of research, development and innovation projects, and made important contributions to both the production of renewable electricity and value creation.
